What folks are saying about joining the GFAM:

“It was fun to try new vegetables I had not had before as well as enjoying more common ones. Everything was always fresh and I know I ate more veggies than I would have otherwise. ” – Donna S.

“Amazingly fresh, delicious and beautiful organic produce. Inspired me to try so many new recipes. ” – Sarah S.

“The GFAM CSA is a great place to get healthy options that you wouldn’t normally pick out on your own from the grocery store. It’s made my family eat more healthy because it’s there, ready for us to eat. And the kids love to visit, pick our selections and talk with Farmer Jen, Paul or Chris!” -Anonymous member

“I’ve been a member of Growing Family Farms CSA since the beginning and it’s amazing! The food is delicious — you can taste the rich quality of the soil in the flavorful tomatoes and carrots. And with their greenhouses, we’ve enjoyed locally grown salad greens well into the summer and then again into December. ” – Amy G.

More about membership:

Community Supported Agriculture is a membership model for farmers who have a strong commitment to feed the people in their surrounding community. CSAs build relationships among the farmers and the members, or ‘shareholders’. By joining Growing Family Farms’ CSA, you become an important part of the farm. You’ll receive a ‘share’ of the seasonal produce each week. We benefit too, because your much-appreciated financial commitment allows us to purchase seeds and equipment for the season ahead.

Good News of Great Food

By agreeing to the shareholder contract, CSA (box share) members agree to pick up their share during the scheduled times on a weekly  ( or bi-weekly) basis.

If you are going out of town and will miss a pick up, you may send a friend or family member to pick up that disbursement.

Bringing your own bags and containers and smiles to pick-up will please us greatly.
